There are no hard and fast rules for what we will or won’t take in for store credit and we will look at anything you bring us. That said, here are some tips for 2026. Remember that like all used bookstores, we have to be particular about what we take in.
We are more likely to take:
- Books that were not purchased here! We certainly will take in books that were purchased here if they are in good condition and there is still demand for them, but it’s important for our stock to keep evolving, which is where books not from here come in!
- Paperback general fiction and historical fiction published 2020 -present
- Non-fiction published 2020 – present
- Recently published Romance and Romantasy
- Self-help, especially recently published or timeless (ie: The Body Keeps the Score)
- Science fiction
- Witchy/Mystical/Occult!
- Horror Horror Horror!
- Graphic novels
- LGBTQ+ non-fiction and fiction
- Literature, especially recently published
